MODEM RETURN POLICY
Arkansas.Net will glady accept DSL modems purchased by customers for up
to 15 business days from the date of the original purchase. Modem returns
are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Modems must be returned in the
ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in original/re-sellable condition. Modem returns
must include all accessories. The following charges will apply if any
items are missing:
- DSL Modem: $35.00 (no refund)
- Modem Power Supply: $35.00 (no refund)
- DSL Line Filters (qty: 4): $ 5.00 each
- DSL Line Splitter: $ 2.50
- Phone Cord: $ 2.50
The Arkansas.Net Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.
Customers must pay postage to return modems to Arkansas.Net. Modems may be
returned via USPS to the following address:

DSL CANCELLATION POLICY
Arkansas.Net customers may cancel their DSL service at any time. There is
no contract or obligation to continue using DSL. However, please make a
note of the following conditions:
- Arkansas.Net must be contacted via telephone in order to schedule
DSL for cancellation. You may reach us at (479) 443-6444 or
(800) 360-8435 during our regular support hours.
- All DSL line fees are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made
since our vendor (Ikano) does not refund DSL line fees for cancelled
accounts.
- DSL modems fees will not be refunded past the 15 business day
window (see above for DSL modem return policies).
