Modem Difficulties November 9, 2001 As usual, I am impressed with the level of your service. Although the problem wasn't within your power to fix, I received several messages after I was again able to access the internet asking if everything was OK. This is outstanding service of the sort I have NEVER before received. On the other hand, the customer service provided by my computer maker's service contract was the most abysmally unacceptable I've ever encountered. The fact that Arkansas.net went above and beyond makes the contrast in level of service provided even more apparent. Anonymous |
