This gentleman was extremely helpful. We did a conference call with the person sending my e-mail and he received a message that my file capacity was too small to send the info. This was resolved in "15 Minutes!" That is Service Excellence! You are so accessable and every member of your staff that I have had dealings with is very approachable and patient. Questions asked were pertinent and well summized. Thanks for your wonderful service and my special appreciation for the rep who helped me in this. It's well worth the extra five dollars a month! Great Job!
