Shocked!

I
have to say I was a little shocked that I received a phone call
the next day about my computer problem from one of your staff members.
I think consumers have grown to expect silence from service providers.
It
is certainly refreshing to know "I matter" and that my money is
not just being taken. Thank you!
The
problem was solved and he also tried to help me with a problem that
was unrelated to the original problem. I thank him for going that
extra mile even though it was not his job to do so. Thank you, Eli.
