Network Operations Center

The network is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations Center (NOC) staff in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The NOC provides network monitoring, performance and traffic management to both the Arkansas.Net Statewide Network and Dedicated Arkansas.Net Accounts. It also maintains and monitors our internal servers and operations.

Working closely with the Customer Support Staff they provide our technical support representatives with real time network issues that affect customers as well as maintaining ongoing communications until the problems are resolved.

As an overall function the Network Operation Center is responsible for engineering and implementation of service expansions and upgrading the network whenever needed.
